Bij Vonk kan je van dinsdagmiddag tot en met vrijdagavond en op zaterdagavond terecht voor een lunch of diner die voor jou wordt bereid in de vuurkeuken van chef Bart. Hij herinterpreteert er wereldwijde inspiratie of klassiekers op een toffe, verfijnde manier en vaak met ingrediënten uit eigen streek. Naast het maandelijks wisselende menu, vind je op de kaart een mooie selectie vis-, vlees- en vegetarische gerechten.

From Wednesday afternoon through to Friday evening and on Saturday evening, you can enjoy lunch or dinner from Chef Bart Hoornaert’s open-fire kitchen. His cuisine combines pure flavours, global influences and classic cooking techniques with local, seasonal produce and a contemporary twist.
At lunchtime, we serve a lunch menu that changes every two weeks, featuring a starter and main course for €38. In the evening, you can choose between à la carte dishes or the daily-changing four-course chef’s menu for €75 (excluding drinks), built around the finest seasonal produce.
In addition, the menu features a selection of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, prepared in the Mibrasa and tailored to the season.
For groups of 7 or more, we offer the chef’s menu exclusively. We ask that you book via email so that we can prepare your reservation to the highest standard.
